Like last year I drove down for Jalopnik K2K, then I car slept in a truck stop outside of Toronto. I’m still a maybe(work depending), but who else be going?

Last I learned the hard way, my body cannot handle being up for 22 hours. So maybe I won’t leave 4am on saturday.

More like “did not recognize”, but yeah. We had never met in person before, and didn’t have any name tags or plans on how to identify one another at the event. Only after talking to you here on O ppo afterwards did I put 2 & 2 together haha.

Even go to few museums before the event. The Ford Piquette St plant is must for me. I still have hear back from work if I can get the day off.

I always try to go and never make it out.  We’ll see, it’s crunch time to work on and finish my snowmobile for our yearly Cheap Sled Challenge, and I have some work to do.

I’m tentatively going. Detroit’s about a 3 hour trip for me. I need to get the Jeep in to have the suspension looked at before it’s Detroit trip safe though.

I was going to ask if anyone else in the Ohio area was thinking about going—Columbus to Detroit looks like about 4 hours each way for  me.

Sounds a bit.. optimistic, but I dunno the Columbus to Detroit route. Columbus to me is about 2 hours though.
